Our modules are built from a defined set of components, so each project is specified rather than redesigned: insulation and U-values suited to the context, air handling matched to the clinical level, and grid, solar or generator power depending on what the site allows.
Logistics
Flatpack 8 modules per 40’ truck Rapidly assembled on site
High Cube Container 6 modules per 40’ container Rapidly assembled on site
Factory Assembled 2 modules per 40’ truck Factory assembled, modules linked together on site
Components
Frame Structural frame consists of cold-rolled, welded steel profiles
Walls Sheet metal insulated panels with integrated services.
Floor Several compositions available with continuous vinyl floor cover; optionally coved up side walls.
Roof Several compositions available with integrated services and galvanised steel external cover.
Doors + Windows Several double and single door options and a range of window options in double and triple glazing.
Air Handling
L0 Autonomous HEPA units. Passive solutions considered where appropriate.
L1 Working to General Level 1 (with autonomous HEPA units). Passive solutions considered where appropriate.
L2 Working to Level 2 Critical Care (6-10 air changes per hour) with compact AHU and integrated heat pump.
L3 Working to Level 3 Critical Care (20 air changes per hour) with compact AHU and integrated heat pump.
Power and Electricity
Grid Connection Grid connection, where possible, can be monitored. Alternative power options take over during brownouts and blackouts.
Solar Array Integrates high-efficiency panels (6 per module) with smart inverters. Battery storage allows consistent power supply.
Backup Generator Ensures uninterrupted care during high-demand periods or unexpected outages in modular deployments.
