Located in Juba, this project established the country’s first dedicated paediatric surgical centre as an extension to an existing hospital. The facility provides a specialised paediatric operating theatre and recovery space, addressing a critical gap in surgical access. Designed for expansion, the facility can scale to accommodate additional theatres and increased patient demand, ensuring long-term impact and capacity building.
